Fallout 2, Gears 2, GTA IV - all awesome. Which is best? Depends what kind of mood I’m in.

Gears of War 2 was the best made in my opinion

but I voted Left 4 Dead because it had an innovative multiplayer experience.  Many see multiplayer as one team vs another team and who can get the most kills.  But L4D created an entirely new experience.

MGS4 was the obvious best game of 2008. Due to being voted best by all critics (that matter ^_^). Fallout 3 comes a close second for me.

Though I love many of those games, I have to hand my vote to MGS4. Everything ranging from the graphics to the story’s nostalgia was beautiful and perfect and lent itself to a wonderful cinematic experience. Thankyou Kojima Productions!
