- Introduction:
- Before we begin, I would like you to note that the purpose of this FAQ/Guide is to get a general idea of the game and what it has to offer. This will not show you the fastest ways how to beat a level, but gives a good background for newcomers. Enjoy!
- Marble Blast Ultra is an Xbox 360 Arcade Title developed and published by Garage Games. In Marble Blast Ultra, you control a marble and the objective is to complete levels suspended in the clouds as fast as you can while picking up Gems and other power-ups. This is one of the best Arcade titles to date!
- Controls:
- Left Thumbstick (Move)
- Use the Left Thumbstick to move the marble around each level.
- Right Thumbstick (Camera) Rotate the Right Stick to change the camera angle.
- A/Left Trigger (Jump)
- Use the A Button or the Left Trigger to cause your marble to jump.
- B/Right Trigger (Powerup)
- Use the B Button or the Right Trigger to activate your current Powerup.
- X/Left Bumper/Right Bumper (Blast)
- Use the X Button, the Left Bumper, or the Right Bumper to activate the marble’s Blast function.
- Y (Scores)
- Use the Y Button to view to scores in a multiplayer match.
- Start (Pause)
- Use the Start Button to pause the game.
- Left Thumbstick (Move)
- Interface:
- Your Powerup is located in the top right corner of the screen.
- Your blast meter is located in the bottom left corner of the screen.
- If you are in a Gem level, the Gem counter will be located in the top left corner of the screen.
- The time is located at the top central part of the screen.
- Game Modes:
- Single Player Game Mode
- The objective is to reach the end of the level as fast as possible, while still completing the criteria for each level.
- Starting Pad- This is where you marble starts the level.
- Ending Pad- This is where your marble must make it to to complete the level.
- Gems- Some levels contain gems, which you must gather before you can go to the End Pad.
- Time Travel- Rolling over one of these will temporarily stop time.
- In Single Player, there are a total of 60 levels divided up into 3 difficulties.

- Multiplayer
- The objective of multiplayer is to collect as many gems as possible. Some gems are worth more points than others. The maximum number of players possible is 8.
- There are 10 total multiplayer arenas:
- Marble City
- Epicenter

- Battle Cube
- Gems in the Road
- Horizon
- King of the Marble

- The objective of multiplayer is to collect as many gems as possible. Some gems are worth more points than others. The maximum number of players possible is 8.
- Powerups:
- Gravity Modifier: changes the gravity direction.
- Super Speed: Gives the marble a temporary boost in speed.
- Gyrocopter: Allows the marble to be airborne for a short period of time.
- Time Travel: Pauses the time for 5 seconds, allowing for a better time.
- Ultra Blast: Fills up the Blast Meter completely and allows for marbles to reach higher levels.
- Mega Marble: Causes the marble to become very large to pass over large gaps a smaller marble could not.
- Super Jump: Allows the marble to jump to ultra high heights.
- Customization:
- You are able to change your marble with up to 35 different appearances ranging from a Smiley Face to and 8-ball.
- Single Player Game Mode
- Leaderboards: Want to see how you ranked on your first level or how many multiplayer gems you’ve collected? Then check out the Leaderboards accessible from the Main Menu.
- Achievements: There are 12 total achievements worth 200 total points.
